Tom White
Studying for a degree in Computing for Real-Time Systems [CRTS], from the University of West of the West of England, Tom began his career in Recruitment in 2005 with Ashton Consulting placing professionals in the Technology sector.
Moving to People Source, Tom quickly became instrumental in developing the company’s Interim staffing business, as well as broadening his experience in managing high-profile recruitment campaigns for a number of multi-national organisations and devising recruitment plans for IoT startups to provide strategic advice on budgets, marketing and flexible working for clients.
Following the sale of People Source to the Manpower group, Tom recognised a gap in the market for a specialist talent solutions provider in the IoT space, founding Paratus People in 2016. Recipient of a number of industry awards, Tom is a member of the IoT Council, and the IoT Security Foundation, Tom is also host of The IoT Podcast.
